Peach & Pear Chutney

½ Cup white wine Vinegar
¼ Cup water
1 small Vidalia onion
¼ Cup dark raisins
2 Tbl. brown sugar
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. dry mustard
1-tsp. red peppers
¼ lb. ripe peaches, peeled pitted and cut into small chunks
¼ lb. ripe pears, peeled, cored and cut into small chunks

In a small saucepan bring the first 8 ingredients to a boil. Add fruit and simmer for 30 minutes uncovered. Let cool. Refrigerate and use as needed.
